L'chaim Jewish Hospice Program serves the needs of our Jewish
community - all within a framework of Jewish values, customs,
and traditions. In addition to expert pain control and symptom
management, the L'chaim Jewish Hospice Program provides staff
trained in Jewish rituals and traditions that is sensitive
to the special needs of people of Jewish faith. |

Services:
The
L'chaim Jewish Hospice Program employs an interdisciplinary team
approach to patient care that includes: physicians, nurses, social
workers, home health aides, specially trained volunteers, Rabbis,
bereavement counselors as well as other therapists needed to care
for the specific needs of each patient. Our caring team provides
the most comprehensive and cost-effective array of services including:

Pain
control, symptom management as well as dietary guidance |

education regarding patient care, medications and what to expect |

Coverage:
Hospice
services provided by the L'chaim Jewish Hospice Program are covered
by most insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid, under
a special Hospice Benefit. Your insurance plan, Medicare or Medicaid
pay hospice directly for services provided. Patients do not process
